There was a note from the manufacturer on this panel.

Please note there have been production issues with the Panel DP24640-12. The CUT line was omitted and the repeat, which should be 24” is actually 22 ¾”. You will have to cut each panel precisely at 22 ¾” to be sure you don’t run into the next panel. As a result, the patterns that use the panel are affected by this issue. The coping border around the panel will have to be adjusted to correct the size, as per the detailed addendum to each of the patterns (PTN2909 & PTN2910) which is attached. We apologize for this unforeseen issue.
